Why we chose less plastic — starting right at home
We are not a perfect family.
We don't do everything "zero waste," and that was never our goal.
Effinovo originated in our home — amidst doing laundry, cleaning up after cooking, and caring for a child.
Like many families, we wanted to live more sustainably, but without complicating daily life.
We noticed that plastic was everywhere.
Not because we wanted it that way, but because it had simply become the norm.

but with choosing differently within what you already do.

For us, it started with simple adjustments:
- Laundry detergent without plastic bottles
- Kitchen products with less packaging
- Less disposable, more reusable
No drastic changes.
No extra effort.
But step by step we noticed:
👉 less plastic also means more peace in the home.
💛 No perfection, no pressure
We're still not perfect.
Sometimes we choose convenience.
Sometimes plastic still enters our home.
And that's okay.
Conscious living isn't about doing everything right,
but about making mindful choices more often.
